Tasty Tuesday: Homemade Cliff Bars

1 cup almonds , 1 cup oats – mix in Cuisinart. Then add 17 pitted dates, 1/2 cup coconut flakes and 1/2 cup water. Mix till like a batter. Put in a 8×8 pan lined with parchment and bake on 325 for 20 min.

Cut into 12 servings, 199 calories, 21g carbs, 5g protein per serving. Gluten Free and Vegan. Of course, adding choc chips or add’l nuts add more calories.
