Today’s Cardio: Run Distance: 4.50mi, time: 42:25, pace: 9:26min/mi, speed: 6.37mi/h.
Man these runs and rides since I’ve been back the past couple of days have honestly been pretty tough. My body feels drained and like my glycogen levels may be low.
